For every friend you refer who rents a Dominion Properties apartment, you get a kick back: $200 for your first referral, $400 for your second, $600 for your third and any subsequent referrals. Think of all the activities you could spend that money on!

Here’s how it works.

1. Whether it’s social media, email or word-of-mouth, share available Dominion Properties Milwaukee a apartments with your friends, family, coworkers or even nice strangers. (That’s your call.)
2. When your referred friend submits their rental application, make sure they name drop you! We need to know you referred them right off the bat.
3. After your referred friend moves in, you get a kickback! The referral bonus will be credited toward your next rental payment. Nice work.

We can’t forget the fine print!

• Receive referral bonus after the resident you have referred has lived in the property for a minimum of 45 days.
• Referral must sign a 12-month lease for the referee to receive the referral bonus.
• Referral must pay first month’s rent for the referee to receive the referral bonus.
• Residents may refer any of the Dominion Properties units.
• Residents may not delay rent payment to first receive their referral bonus.
• Residents receive $200 for the 1st referral, $400 for the 2nd, $600 for 3rd and beyond. The resident’s account is credited with the referral bonus.
• The referral must notify us of the referee’s name at the time of applying for Dominion Properties in order for the referee to receive the referral bonus should the referral become a resident.
• Previous tenants that are referred back to Dominion Properties do not count as referrals.
